Peer mentors with lived recovery experience, drop-in centers, and harm reduction support built specifically for and by the Latino community in the Portland area. Everything runs in Spanish and English. This is local to the Portland Metro area, not a national hotline, so it does not reach everyone in this cell, but for anyone in that region it is a genuine, culturally specific option with no directory fee standing between you and a real person.
